\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThese online general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the \u201cGTC\u201d) govern the sales contract (hereinafter, the \u201cContract\u201d) for the products (hereinafter, the \u201cproduct\u201d or \u201cproducts\u201d) offered by MarcheLove – Via Ungaretti 84 – 62100 Macerata<\/strong> (hereinafter, \u201cLTS\u201d) through its website \u201c[www.marchelove.it](http:\/\/www.marchelove.it)<\/strong>\u201d (hereinafter, the \u201csite\u201d) to site users (hereinafter, the \u201ccustomers\u201d or the \u201ccustomer\u201d).\n\nThese general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to customers qualifying as \u201cconsumers\u201d pursuant to art. 3, para. 1, letter a), of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, i.e., \u201cnatural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity they may carry out,\u201d and who are of legal age.\n\nAll information on the site is provided in Italian and English. The customer declares that they have read all the above information and general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order. Before ordering a product, the customer declares that the purchase of said product is not directly related to their professional activity, as it is intended for personal use. The customer will receive an email notification confirming the order with all the contract elements (including the products ordered, prices, delivery dates, and shipping costs).\n\nMarcheLove.it<\/b> reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, in particular due to product supply issues or any problems related to the received order.\n\nMarcheLove.it<\/b> cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in the customer\u2019s order. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe customer who wishes to proceed with the purchase of products must express this intention by placing an order directly on the website, in the dedicated section, where, following the indicated procedures, they will submit their purchase order and make the payment. Payment is due at the time of order.\n\nThe customer agrees to pay the agreed price for the ordered product on the website (including product and shipping costs) using the available payment methods. The customer guarantees to MarcheLove.it<\/b> that they have any necessary authorizations to use the payment method provided at the time of the order.\n\nIf MarcheLove.it<\/b> does not receive payment, it reserves the right to cancel the order. In the case of payment by credit card, MarcheLove.it<\/b> reserves the right to request, within 24 hours, a copy of an identity document proving the actual ownership of the credit card used. During the withdrawal period referred to in Article 13, the customer is responsible for the item as its custodian. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe order will be executed within the timeframes specified on the Website, upon acceptance of the order by MarcheLove.it<\/b>, and in any case within 4 to 7 weeks following the order confirmation, subject to the availability of the ordered product and unless otherwise agreed between the parties. In the event of stock depletion or unavailability of the ordered product, MarcheLove.it<\/b> undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to specify a potential date for renewed availability. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe geographic delivery area corresponds to the geographic scope of the offer. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.\n\nMarcheLove.it<\/b>, subject to the provisions of Article 6, undertakes to deliver the products to the address provided by the customer in the purchase order, through the carrier appointed for their transport. MarcheLove.it<\/b> cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in the customer\u2019s order. MarcheLove.it<\/b> also cannot be held liable for any damage to the products occurring after delivery to the carrier, nor for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.\n\nMarcheLove.it<\/b> delivers throughout Italy and the European Union. Deliveries to remote postal codes (e.g., Venice Lagoon) may result in variations to the shipping fees indicated. Delivery is carried out via couriers selected by MarcheLove.it<\/b>, with prior notice via email, SMS, or phone; P.O. Boxes are not considered valid addresses for delivery purposes.\n\nThe delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon receipt of the product, constitutes proof of transport and handover. Upon delivery, the customer must verify the contents, conformity, and condition of the product(s). In case of delays, damage, total or partial loss, or other issues, the customer may file a claim with the carrier, without MarcheLove.it<\/b> being held liable.\n\nTherefore, upon delivery, MarcheLove.it<\/b> recommends that the customer check the condition of the delivered products before signing the receipt. If any anomalies are found, the customer must refuse delivery and clearly note detailed and dated observations such as: damaged package, torn pallet\/cardboard, broken package, opened or scratched wrapping. These claims must be communicated immediately to MarcheLove.it<\/b> by email at [info@MarcheLove.it](mailto:info@MarcheLove.it)<\/b>, attaching photos of the damaged package\/pallet and the delivery note with the annotation of the issue.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, starting from the receipt of the order confirmation sent by MarcheLove.it<\/b> and no later than fourteen working days from the receipt of the product at the delivery address indicated. The date shown on the delivery note shall constitute full proof of receipt.\n\nThe customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a specific communication (including the recipient\u2019s details, order number, and date of receipt) to the following email address: [info@marchelove.it]<\/a><\/b>\n\nIf the product has already been delivered, the customer is required to return it to MarcheLove.it<\/b> as follows:
