First stop at the Fool Festival in Morrovalle.
The WhatYouSay project officially launched its journey of traveling installations with its participation in the Fool Festival (July 10–13, 2025), held in Morrovalle. A vibrant and experimental festival that transformed the town into a widespread stage of art, music, and street theatre.
Within this dynamic setting, Marche Love presented:
a selection of screen-printed t-shirts, posters, and postcards celebrating Marche dialects and expressions with irony and style;
the first materials from the narrative dialect archive, enriched by the voices of the audience;
open conversations on the value of local words as a bridge between memory and contemporaneity.
The response was enthusiastic: our “Non è niente” sparked curiosity, smiles, and reflection, confirming that dialects can still speak loudly and clearly to new generations.
This marks the first stop of a journey that will bring WhatYouSay to other villages across the Marche region, with installations designed to weave together identity, art, and community.
